No. Sitelyx charges zero platform commission on any sale made through your store. Standard payment processor fees (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) apply, but Sitelyx takes nothing.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Sitelyx plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades are applied immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
